WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Nick Langworthy (NY-23) announced his success in securing numerous policy priorities in the House Committee on Agriculture’s Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2024, known as the Farm Bill. As a member of the committee, Congressman Langworthy worked to include pieces of legislation he had previously introduced to benefit farmers and rural communities in Western New York and the Southern Tier.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Langworthy voted to pass H.R. 3935, the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024, as amended by the Senate. The final version of this legislation included Congressman Langworthy’s bipartisan amendment to maintain the 1,500-hour in-flight training rule for pilots. This final version of the bill passed on a bipartisan vote of 387-26.
