WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today,Congressmen Nick Langworthy (NY-23) and Marc Molinaro (NY-19) announced a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Grant for the Waverly Central School District in the amount of $2,750,113. This grant is intended for the operation of the Chemung Center for Innovation, including purchasing new equipment like Aquaculture supplies, computers, and software.
Congressman Nick Langworthy (NY-23) issued the following statement after the Supreme Court of the United States announced a ruling on President Biden’s student loan giveaway:
“I applaud the Supreme Court for affirming that Biden’s student loan giveaway is unconstitutional,” said Rep. Langworthy. “Now 87% of Americans won’t be forced to pay for the educational decisions of those that made the choice to take out large student loans. It’s simple: if you take out a loan, you pay it back.”
WASHINGTON, DC –April 20th…Today, Congressman Nick Langworthy (NY-23) voted in favor of the Protection of Women and Girls Sports Act (H.R. 734) that amends Title IX to protect women and girls from discrimination in athletics by allowing biological males to participate in an athletic program or activity that is designed for biological females.
