Statement from Congressman Nick Langworthy on The Second Attack to Compass Care

“Today’s outrageous attack on a local pregnancy care center is reprehensible and morally repugnant. This is now the second time Compass Care has been the target of an attack that has threatened the safety of the workers and pregnant mothers seeking their services. We still haven’t received answers from the Department of Justice and federal law enforcement regarding the firebombing of this same clinic last year. No one should have to live in fear of being a target of political violence from those who don’t agree with them, and we must send a loud and clear message that it won’t be tolerated. I am calling for the full weight of law enforcement to act immediately to provide heightened security to protect the clinic and investigate this crime.
