PORTLAND, N.Y. - Congressman Nick Langworthy (NY-23) will host a Farm Bill Listening Session in Portland, NY on September 6, 2023. He will be joined by House Committee on Agriculture Chairman Glenn “GT” Thompson.
Every five years, Congress passes legislation that sets national agriculture, nutrition, conservation, and forestry policy, commonly referred to as the “Farm Bill.” This event will bring together farmers, producers, agribusiness owners, and more to solicit public feedback—an integral part of the Farm Bill reauthorization process.
