Congressman Langworthy Announces More Than $5 Million in Federal Grants for Southern Tier Health Care Facilities

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Nick Langworthy is proud to announce two federal grants from the United States Department of Health and Human Services to The Chautauqua Center and Southern Tier Community Health Center Network totaling more than $5 million dollars. The funding is distributed through the H80 - Health Center Cluster program and will aid the institutions in providing medical, dental, pharmaceutical, and behavioral services to the residents of Southern Tier.

“I am proud to announce The Chautauqua Center and the Southern Tier Community Health Center Network have been awarded more than five million dollars to help with their efforts to deliver critical health care services to our region’s citizens,” said Congressman Nick Langworthy. “Access, affordability, and delivery of healthcare services continues to be a challenge, but this grant will go a long way toward serving more people in need.”

Specifically, The Chautauqua Center has been awarded $3,179,348 and the Southern Tier Community Health Center Network has been awarded $2,477,540.
